Once your registration is approved, you will be informed how to pay the regitration fee.
The fee is 2200 NOK per participant and 1400 NOK per accompanying person.
The conference pack consists of the following (for accompanying persons only the second line):
- lunches and cofee breaks;
- special day (thursday): half-day session on Sommarøy,
excursion, conference dinner;
- conference materials.
Registration deadline is: 1 May 2017.
Late registration may not be possible.
For young participants
we have 5 local grants that cover registration fee and the hotel
stay. Application deadline is: 1 April 2017.
We will communicate to the applicant shortly afterwards whether they get support. If you want to apply,
please indicate this in the Additional info box above, including the reason and references.
